The Tent of Meeting

The Tent of Meeting or Tabernacle is a temporal structure that was built around 1450 BC during the time of the Biblical exodus by craftsmen named Bezalel son of Uri and Oholiab son of Ahisamak. According to Jewish history, the Tent of Meeting was built to house the Ark of the Covenant during its journey in the wilderness.

New Zealand Forest Recreation

A snapshot from the fly-through for my 3rd year project. The scene recreates beautiful nature of New Zealand, featuring native plants like kauri, manuka, silver fern and nikau. This is my first attempt to recreate CGI forest. These test renders show the experiments with lighting and translucency in the leaves shaders:
